Payment MethodsDomestic: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express Credit/Debit Cards,l Checks, Bank Transfers, or Postal Money Orders. We will not charge your card until the order is ready to ship. Orders from North Carolina residents are subject to NC Sales Tax.
International: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express Credit Cards and charge in US Dollars only. Bank Drafts and International Postal Money Orders in US Dollars are also accepted. Electronic wire transfers are accepted with a $16 Bank Service Fee for orders under $500.00 Please ask for our bank details. Sorry, we do not accept Pay-Pal.
Shipping MethodsDomestic: Very small and light-weight items such as strings are usually mailed as 1st. Class Letters with postage usually under $5.00. Our base shipping and handling charge per parcel to US destinations is $9.00 via US Parcel Post or Priority Mail. For larger or heavier orders, the actual cost for shipping will be added to the invoice total when the order is placed. Domestic orders for Books and Sheet-Music, if ordered separately, can be mailed very economically via Postal Media Mail. Tracking Numbers will be e-mailed to you as soon as your parcel has been delivered to the Post Office.
International: The cost of international shipments varies greatly depending on the shipping method, weight and country of destination. For packages up to four pounds, the lowest shipping cost is via 1st Class International Parcel Post. Heavier packages ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail. There is no Media Mail for International Orders. Tracking Numbers will be e-mailed to you as soon as your parcel has been delivered to the Post Office. We have no involvement with any import duties or VAT your country may, or may not, charge you upon arrival of your package.
