Ordering Information

We welcome your internet orders, but regret that we no longer accept credit card payments.  Please take care during the checkout process to enter a correct email address and phone number so that we can follow up with your order regarding shipping and payment. Orders via e-mail and regular mail are accepted as well. All prices are F.O.B. (Freight on Board) our shop in Brasstown, North Carolina and subject to change without notice. All shipments travel at the risk of the customer. If requested, we can insure packages at additional costs.

Payment Methods

Domestic:  We accept Checks, and Bank Transfers.  Orders from North Carolina residents are subject to NC Sales Tax.
International:  We do not currently accept orders for shipment to international addresses or in international currencies. We have partners who sell our products in various countries and we will gladly put you in touch with them. Please send us an email requesting a list of our international partners. 

Shipping Methods

Domestic:  Very small and light-weight items are usually mailed as 1st. Class Letters with postage usually under $5.00. Our base shipping and handling charge per parcel to US destinations is $9.00 via US Parcel Post or Priority Mail. For larger or heavier orders, the actual cost for shipping will be added to the invoice total when the order is placed. Domestic orders for Books and Sheet-Music, if ordered separately, can be mailed very economically via Postal Media Mail. Tracking Numbers will be e-mailed to you as soon as your parcel has been delivered to the respective carrier.
