Viola da Gamba Method for Classroom or Private Study (Treble, Tenor and Bass) by Martha Bishop. This method is designed to fill the need for a basic and systematic approach to Viola da Gamba. It works for student learning without a teacher, a classroom setting with a mix of treble, tenor and bass viol players, or if you already play one size of viol and wish to develop proficiency on another size. Material is introduced as it seems most likely to be needed for ensemble playing.
