These instruments have a strong lower register which is welcome for Renaissance Music and in Country-Dance Bands! In the lower range, the Susato 2-piece, wide-bore recorder is louder than Baroque style recorders, and even richer than most wooden Renaissance recorders. The range is two octaves for sopraninos and sopranos, and one octave and a sixth for altos. All are single hole models with Baroque fingering. Available in black and rosewood-brown and with or without ivory color trim. A thumbrest, fingering chart, Susato Joint Grease and vinyl carry bag are included in the price.
